You may return any unopened and unused Epuréne product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We understand that skincare is personal, and sometimes a product isn’t the perfect fit.

Because our formulas are made for delicate skin around the eyes, we can’t resell or reuse opened products for hygiene and safety reasons. This ensures every customer receives a fresh, uncontaminated product — just as you would expect for your own skin care.
